Ship Patel

Chief Delivery Officer

Ship brings more than 30 years of experience across engineering, telecommunications, professional services, program management, strategic accounts, and large-scale operational leadership.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Direct Line Global, where he was responsible for leading operational performance and supporting the delivery of complex data center infrastructure programs. Before that, he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Direct Line Global. Prior to joining Direct Line Global, Ship spent seven years with Infinera as Senior Director of Services. He also built an extensive career at Ciena, where he held a series of increasingly senior leadership positions spanning engineering, program management, professional services, government solutions, and service operations throughout North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Throughout his career, Ship has helped lead operational transformations, develop strong teams, strengthen customer relationships, and create the accountability and operating discipline needed to improve performance across complex organizations. He brings a practical, results-oriented leadership style and understands that sustainable success is built by supporting people, establishing clear expectations, identifying risks early, and consistently following through on commitments.

As Chief Delivery Officer, Ship is responsible for helping strengthen NTI’s delivery organization across our regions, markets, and major projects. He works closely with our Regional Vice Presidents, Area Directors, project teams, field leadership, and operating support functions to improve consistency, visibility, accountability, resource planning, and overall project execution.
