Adam Hiemenz

Director of Hyperscale

Adam joined National Technologies (NTI) in 2019 as a Project Manager and steadily advancing through the organization to his current role as Director of Hyperscale.



Adam brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to our operations, having spent years on the Hyperscale team and traveling extensively to build out client data centers around the globe. Under his leadership, the team continues to deploy large-scale data centers across the United States and internationally and has grown significantly while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Adam is committed to fostering a culture that consistently exceeds client expectations and drives innovation in hyperscale infrastructure delivery.

Before joining NTI, Adam began his career at Walt Disney Imagineering, where he gained valuable experience managing complex projects. He also worked in the field upgrading cell towers to LTE, giving him hands-on insight into telecommunications infrastructure.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Outside of work, Adam enjoys running and exploring new destinations through travel.
