Alfredo Cervantes serves as Area Director for the Phoenix market, bringing more than two decades of experience in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, and operations leadership. Throughout his career, Alfredo has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across complex projects and growing markets. 

Alfredo's career began in the field as a technician, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility including Project Lead, Project Manager, and Director of Operations. This hands-on experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of project execution, customer expectations, workforce development, and strategic business operations. 

As Area Director of the Phoenix market, Alfredo is responsible for leading regional operations, cultivating client relationships, developing talent, and advancing growth initiatives throughout one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
