Aram (AJ) Jalili

Director of Training & Quality Assurance

Aram (AJ) began his career as a Fiber Optics Engineer in Silicon Valley after publishing research in signal propagation through optical fiber. Since then, he has held positions as an engineer, product manager, network specialist, sales director, and college instructor.

He joined NTI in 2022 as the Director of Training where he leverages years of industry experience along with a passion for content creation and teaching to run the technical training and quality assurance programs for NTI. AJ is an expert in deconstructing complex theories into simple and understandable terms making his training courses hugely popular with NTI's fiber and data center technicians as well as corporate staff looking to build a deeper understanding of our technical services.

AJ holds a degree in Computational Physics from DePaul University and certifications from FOA, SCTE, and ETA.
