Area Director - Texas

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, and enterprise technology, Brian Tucci serves as Area Director for the Texas market at NTI. He is responsible for leading market operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving the execution and growth of complex infrastructure projects across Texas.

Throughout his career, Brian has led large-scale, multimillion-dollar programs and organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. His experience spans operations, engineering, network deployment, financial performance, and organizational development, with a consistent focus on building strong teams, creating accountability, and delivering results for customers.

Brian’s leadership philosophy centers on developing people and creating an environment where teams understand the mission, have the tools and support to succeed, and are empowered to make decisions. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership to improve performance, scale organizations, and solve complex business challenges.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, the international honor society for business, management, and administration. He also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Known for his ability to bridge technology, operations, and business strategy, Brian continues to help organizations navigate complex challenges, build scalable solutions, and create lasting value through transformational leadership and operational excellence.
