Clay Cox

Area Director, Mid-Atlantic

Clay joined NTI in 2024 as Area Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region, bringing over three decades of expertise in wireless communications, fiber construction, and data center operations. His experience includes leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, where he contributed to engineering and operations excellence, as well as pivotal positions at Google Fiber and Google Data Centers.

Clay is deeply committed to operational excellence and ensuring the highest quality of service for NTI’s customers. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams, fostering innovation, and delivering results that drive long-term success.

Outside of work, Clay is passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, traveling with his family, and exploring as many food trucks as possible in search of the next great meal. His curiosity and enthusiasm for discovery fuel his dynamic approach to business or personal adventures.
