Area Director—Atlanta

As Area Director, Emerson brings more than 35 years of experience in the electrical and telecommunications industries to his role overseeing operations in our Atlanta market. His career spans a range of roles including Installer, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Operations Manager, each contributing to a deep understanding of field execution and strategic oversight.

With many years working in both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) settings, Emerson developed a comprehensive command of infrastructure delivery including strong expertise in splicing, testing, restoration, construction, and troubleshooting as well as splicing, rack installation, cage fabrication, conveyance systems, Cat6 cabling, security camera deployment, access control, and DAS installations.

Emerson brought his field skills inside the office as a Project Manager and then Operations Manager, demonstrating he can also successfully lead teams and projects with a focus on efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. Since stepping into the Area Director role in 2025, he has continued to drive excellence across NTI’s Atlanta operations, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical precision.
