Larry Helter is an accomplished construction and operations leader with extensive experience managing complex infrastructure, telecommunications, utility, and data center projects. Throughout his career, Larry has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, improving operational performance, and delivering projects with a disciplined focus on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

His experience included aerial, buried, underground, and data center construction, financial and schedule management, risk mitigation, client communication, subcontractor negotiations, and the leadership of large operational teams. He also successfully redirected multiple programs that had been trending toward losses toward positive performance.

Known for a hands-on and results-oriented leadership approach, Larry combines field experience with strategic operational management. He is particularly focused on creating strong teams, anticipating risk, controlling costs, building lasting customer relationships, and creating an environment where safety and operational excellence support sustainable business performance.
