Michael Woodard

Vice President—East

Known for cultivating strong client partnerships and driving operational excellence, as Vice President—East, Michael oversees Data Center and Fiber operations across NTI's Mid-Atlantic, New York/New Jersey, and Ohio markets. He joined NTI as a Project Manager in November 2018 and relocated from Illinois to Virginia in February 2019 to support the rapid expansion of the Northern Virginia market.

Promoted to Operations Manager in 2020, Michael formalized team structure and processes across the region. In 2021 he became Director, leading all Data Center and Fiber operations in the Mid-Atlantic before being promoted to Senior Director and launching NTI’s Columbus, Ohio market in 2022. Initially named Vice President in 2023 to lead national outside plant (OSP) fiber initiatives, and Michael now directs regional growth and customer programs across both Fiber and Data Center operations in the East.

Michael holds an MBA with concentrations in Operations and Human Resource Management and earned his PMP certification in 2023.
