Woodard to Lead Long-Term Growth and Strategic Execution Across Core Business Lines
Manassas, VA — March 27, 2026 — National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex company, announced the promotion of Mike Woodard to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, Woodard will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer Brian James and play a central role in shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Woodard has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic thinking, helping position NTI for success across its core business while serving as a key driver of expansion. As Chief Strategy Officer, Woodard will be responsible for developing and executing NTI’s long-term growth strategy across its Data Center, Fiber Services, and Hyperscalebusiness lines. He will work closely with operations, finance, business development, and M&A teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results.
During the transition, Woodard will continue overseeing his current Vice President responsibilities until his previous role is fully backfilled, ensuring continuity and ongoing support for his teams. In his new role, Woodard will work closely with NTI’s executive leadership, regional teams, and board of directors to ensure the company is not only keeping pace with market demand, but also helping lead it.
