Rick Danca

Vice President—Central

Rick entered the communications field in 1998, focusing on fiber optic projects for large national electrical and system integrator firms. His responsibilities included project managing the installation of multi-state regional fiber optic networks. He eventually moved on to OSP construction management and became an expert in managing jobs focused on fiber optic splicing.

Rick brought his wealth of fiber knowledge and management experience to NTI when he joined our team in 2014. Customer-focused and culture-driven, he served as the Area Director for Chicago for many years before taking on the role of Vice President—Central, where he continues to oversee operations for the central area of the U.S. while serving on the leadership team and contributing to the overall growth and success of NTI.
