Meet Cody Cardiff: NTI Warehouse Associate

Cody works as a Warehouse Associate supporting data center construction projects by ensuring materials are properly prepared, organized, and delivered to job sites. His primary responsibilities include managing fiber optic cable inventory and other construction materials, helping project teams receive the resources they need to complete critical infrastructure projects on schedule. Through careful attention to detail and effective coordination, Cody plays an important role in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the supply chain.

On a daily basis, Cody handles shipping and receiving operations, processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintains accurate inventory organization within the warehouse. In addition to supporting warehouse logistics, he also assists with various marketing-related tasks as needed. His diverse responsibilities contribute to efficient warehouse operations, helping project managers and field teams stay productive, and ensuring projects have the materials required for success.

Cody's Journey to Becoming NTI's a Warehouse Associate

Cody's path to his role at NTI began with a background in shipping and receiving, where he gained hands-on warehouse experience working alongside his father at a radio company. After spending time in the restaurant industry, he was encouraged by his mother, who worked at NTI, to explore opportunities with the company. Drawing on his warehouse knowledge and longstanding interest in technology, Cody quickly adapted to his role and continues to support NTI's operations through his technical skills and attention to detail.


 "I have always been interested in technology and developed strong technical skills from an early age, allowing me to adapt quickly to new systems and tools," he says.

What Cody's Typical Workday Looks Like

Cody helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly by preparing outgoing deliveries, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining organized inventory. He also pulls and stages materials based on project requests, ensuring field teams have the supplies they need when they need them. While every day is a little different, his role is centered on accuracy, organization, and supporting successful project execution.



The Best Parts About Being a Warehouse Associate

What Cody enjoys most about his role is the people he works with every day. He values the strong relationships and sense of teamwork throughout the warehouse, creating a positive and supportive work environment. Being able to rely on his coworkers and work together toward common goals makes the job both rewarding and enjoyable, and it's one of the main reasons he looks forward to coming to work each day.


"It's rare to find a workplace where you genuinely get along with everyone,
but that has been my experience here," he explains.

Life Beyond the Job

Outside of work, Cody enjoys staying active and prioritizing his health by spending time at the gym whenever he can. Family is a big part of his life, and he looks forward to taking regular vacations with his family to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.He also enjoys hanging out with friends, whether that's trying something new or simply spending time together.


Fun Fact...

When he's not in the warehouse, Cody likes to pick up his five-string bass guitar and play music. In fact, he's currently working with a friend on plans to start a band. Whether he's learning new techniques or jamming with others, music gives Cody a creative outlet and is one of his favorite ways to unwind outside of work.
