Meet Kwamiga Adogla: Talent Operations Manager at NTI
Over the past three years, Kwamiga has played a key role in strengthening NTI's presence across multiple markets by connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. Focused on building strong talent pipelines, he helps ensure our teams have the people and resources needed to support customers today while preparing for the opportunities of tomorrow.

As a Talent Operations Manager, Kwamiga is closely involved with recruiting operations for OSP Fiber and Data Center work, supporting the teams that help keep critical infrastructure moving.

Kwamiga's Journey to Becoming NTI's Talent Operations Manager
Kwamiga's career in the telecommunications industry began unexpectedly. What started as a call to his service provider regarding a customer service issue turned into an opportunity when he learned the company was hiring. After successfully completing an aptitude assessment and ranking among the top candidates, he joined the Outside Plant (OSP) team, where he provisioned voice and data services over copper networks. As fiber-optic technology expanded, Kwamiga went on to help lead a team supporting FiOS deployment, gaining valuable experience that laid the foundation for his continued growth in the industry.
"What started as a complaint turned into a career path, so I suppose sometimes the right connection really does begin with a dropped one," he says.

Throughout his professional journey, Kwamiga has found that authenticity, empathy, curiosity, humility, and resilience are key qualities that have helped him excel in his role as Talent Operations Manager at NTI.

As Talent Operations Manager, Kwamiga's days are dynamic and fast-paced, requiring him to balance a variety of responsibilities across talent, training, and operations. A typical day may include managing communications, tracking talent pipeline progress, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, identifying training opportunities, and addressing recruiting or operational challenges as they arise. His role demands adaptability, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills, allowing him to connect people, processes, and opportunities in support of NTI's continued growth and success.

Outside of work Kwamiga enjoys travelling, volunteering around business strategy and incubation, and exploring different cuisines. He also loves to geek out over technology, cars, consumer tech, and lately, optimizing language models.

Beyond his career, Kwamiga's story is shaped by a number of meaningful firsts. As the first child, first son, first grandson, and the first in his family to pursue certain opportunities, he often found himself navigating new experiences without a clear roadmap. These experiences helped develop the confidence, determination, and resilience that continue to drive his success today.
